  Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee conduct the work including the establishing, changing and project auditing of foreign invested enterprises. Executive departments include: project administrative office and coordinative service office of Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee.
• Foreign trade managers registration records
  According to the authorization by the Ministry of Commerce, Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee is in charge of conducting filing and registration procedures for Shanghai municipal foreign trade business operators. Any foreign trade operator engaged in the goods or technology importing and exporting should go through filing and registration.
• Online distribution system for approval certificate of overseas investment
  Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee supplies the enterprises which apply for investing abroad with the national general certificate of approval through the website. Executive department is the foreign office of the Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee.
• "Going abroad" foreign economic information cooperation base
  The column of "Going abroad" centralizes the laws and policies relating to the fields of investing abroad, overseas project contracting and laboring cooperation; integrates the information sources of the institutions including Shanghai Foreign Economic Association, Shanghai International Chamber of Commerce and Shanghai Promoting Center of Foreign Investment, to provide enterprises and related people with information services, such as investment policies, laws and regulations in various countries, policies and regulations on labour exporting, policies and regulations on overseas project contracting, project biding,etc.; integrates information sources of authoritative departments including Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, and the State Chamber of Commerce for oversea project contracting to help the enterprises avoid risks and also provide them with suggestions about safety of "Going abroad".
• Decalration for the capital to expand the international market by medium and small enterprises
  The capital to expand the international market of medium and small enterprises is the governmental budget fund used by the central governmental financial department to support medium and small enterprises in expanding various business and activities in the international market. It can be used to support medium and small enterprises and the activities organized by social groups which serve the medium and small enterprises, and public institutions to expand the international market.
• Apply for import & export license
  According to the requirement of the Ministry of Commerce, the application of online license can only be acquired by entering the online application system, whish is the Chinese international electronic business website, with the importing and exporting license managed by the State Ministry of Commerce. Currently, the application of the exporting license of various passively managed textiles is not included.
• Processing trade management
  This service offers the management basis and related service of processing trade business. Executive department is planning and operating offices of Shanghai Municipal Foreign Economic and Trading Committee.
• Online declare EID & MID
  EID code is the essential condition for the enterprise to apply for the certificates of the various textiles. It costs 7to 10 working days for the enterprise that have already got the importing and exporting management right to apply for the code. MID code is the code of exporting manufacturers. It is included in the essential content of the exporting license. It takes one month to get the code. This service offers the online application of the EID and MID code ,as well as the inquiry of the handling condition.
